Adriana Fern Psychology
Hi, I’m Adriana, a Registered Psychologist, and I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves, their emotions, and their relationships.
I chose this work because I’ve always been curious about what shapes us and how we can grow through the experiences we’ve had. One of the things I love most about being a therapist is witnessing those moments when something starts to click, when a client begins to understand a pattern, see themselves with more compassion, or realize they have more choices than they thought they did.
My approach is directive yet warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, trauma-focused approaches, and the Gottman Method for couples, adapting our work to what feels most helpful for you. I believe therapy can be both a place to slow down and make sense of what you're experiencing, and a place to learn practical skills that you can take with you into everyday life.
When we work together, you can expect a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. We’ll get curious about what’s happening, make space for the difficult parts, and work together toward the changes that matter to you.

Personal Interests:
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. You’ll often find me hiking, exploring nature, working out, or simply enjoying some quality time with family and friends.
I also love getting creative through crafts and finding little ways to slow down and enjoy the moment. I’m married, and I’m a proud husky mom, so there’s usually plenty of adventure (and a little bit of fur!) in my life.
I value connection, curiosity, balance, and making time for the things that make feel energized.
