Aydra Rowley (She/Her), Graduate Intern Therapist
The Mind Place
Hi, I’m Aydra!
I’m currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. As someone navigating life with ADHD, I bring both personal and professional insight into the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neurodivergent. I am passionate about supporting others who are exploring their own neurodivergent, or simply trying to make sense of life’s complexities.
Whether you’re navigating questions of identity, or finding your path forward, my goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and supported just as you are.
