Brianna Morton (She/Her), Registered Provisional Psychologist
Understanding ADHD
I’m Brianna Morton - a queer, neurodivergent Registered Provisional Psychologist and ADHD coach who works primarily with neurodivergent adults. As someone with ADHD myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience into the therapy room. I deeply value the wisdom that comes from people knowing their own minds and bodies, and I’m committed to offering therapy that is ethical, affirming, collaborative, and grounded in respect. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, authentic, nonjudgmental, and validating — especially for folks who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or “too much.”
I’m especially passionate about supporting clients in moving away from shame and self-criticism and toward self-understanding, self-acceptance, and agency. Much of my work involves helping clients make sense of how neurodivergence intersects with identity, relationships, work, emotions, and systems that weren’t designed with them in mind. I also hold space for grief related to marginalization, chronic illness, and lost or unrealized versions of self. Often, the work isn’t about changing you — it’s about recognizing that the world has asked you to adapt in ways that were never fair or sustainable.
My approach is strengths-based, client-centred, and flexible, drawing from CBT, narrative, and solution-focused therapy. I believe therapy should be practical and compassionate, grounded in your goals, values, and lived realities. Outside of one-on-one therapy, I love running groups and workshops that provide information about ADHD & ASD and explore creative and playful ways to support self-discovery and growth. If you’re tired of blaming yourself for things that are actually rooted in how your brain works, I’m here to help you make sense of it — and build a kinder, more sustainable way forward.

Just like most ADHDers I have numerous hobbies and interests. To name a few: I love travelling, soccer, singing, practicing my French and Italian, and spending time with my family, friends, and frenchie (her name is Beaux). I love a good book, video games, and a cozy night in watching TV just as much as I love hiking, rock climbing, cross-country skiing, and being in the mountains.
