Felicia Bibeau (She/Her), Registered Provisional Psychologist
MoonSage Psychology
Hello, I’m Felicia. I created MoonSage Psychology as a place of healing for the soul-weary, the wild-hearted, and the quietly overwhelmed.
As a fellow human first, I understand what it’s like to feel out of sync with the world, because I’ve lived it. As a Treaty 6 Indigenous, cisgender woman with lived experience of ADHD and the layered impact of intergenerational trauma, I bring both personal insight and cultural humility into the therapeutic space. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to show up authentically and honour the wisdom you already carry within.
I believe therapy is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where healing happens through genuine connection. I work collaboratively with individuals navigating trauma, neurodivergence, sexual health & well-being, identity exploration, relational challenges, grief and other general mental health concerns.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I draw from a variety of modalities to meet your unique needs. I primarily work from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a compassionate and evidence-based model that helps build psychological flexibility and guide values-based living. I am trained in EMDR and continue to explore other modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic approaches. I also incorporate a holistic lens that considers how rest, nutrition, movement, spirituality, and connection can support emotional wellness.
I also offer formal assessment services for ADHD, Autism, Trauma, Psychosocial/Mood, and psychoeducational assessments.
Whether you're in a place of pain or transformation, I’m here to walk beside you with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Interested in working together?

Personal Interests:
Outside of my practice, you'll often find me exploring my love for fantasy, magic, and all things witchy and whimsical.
I love diving into a captivating TV show or anime, gaming, unwinding with a good fantasy book or playing with my two cats (Calcifer and Kilala).
I also find connecting with my family and friends brings joy and balance to my life. When I'm out and about in Calgary, I really enjoy thrifting for unique finds (yes, I love & collect VHS tapes), supporting our vibrant local markets, and checking out community events.
