Holly Brochu (She/Her), CCC
Constellation Mental Health Services
I am passionate about helping young woman (and those who love them!) navigate the rough waters we so often swim in. I especially love to explore issues of self-esteem and confidence, perfectionism, emotion regulation, ADHD, and most importantly - living in alignment with your values! My goal for all my clients is to help them embrace and express their authentic self.
My approach to that is a holistic one, considering all the different aspects of your life that could be influencing your problems. I lean on DBT, CBT, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness to create an individualized care plan that we walk at your pace.

Personal Interests:
Growing up between Victoria, BC, Alberta Beach, and the West Coast of Newfoundland, I have learned to love nature and find myself next to a body of water whenever I need to ground myself (great perk of being neighbours with an ocean). I love escaping into a good book before bed each night, ranging from murder mysteries, tear-jerkers, to good old smut. I have been an avid athlete since, oh I don't know, I could walk. Volleyball is what I'm most passionate about, but being 5'11 in a small town meant I dabbled in just about everything.
I also have a creative side and love to draw, paint, and bug my mom to help me sew. Most importantly, the best thing about me is my family. A board game night with my cousins is the cure to most of my problems.
