Jing Psychological Services
Hi! I’m Jing and I’m delighted you’ve stopped by. As a Registered Psychologist in Alberta, I’ve spent many years working within community agencies and the health care system, supporting individuals facing complex challenges. I offer services addressing attachment wounds, family of origin issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, stress, and life transitions. I offer virtual psychological services in English and Mandarin.
I aim to create an inclusive counselling environment that welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds. My practice highlights the body-mind connection and integrates principles from both Western counselling psychology and Eastern philosophies that helps individuals find harmonious balance of mental health and general well-being. My role is to walk alongside you and allow you to see your strengths and resources that might have been previously overlooked.
I believe everyone has the potential to become a better self. I am hoping by allowing me to be part of your healing journey, you can reclaim a sense of self and find an inner pathway thatleads you to safety and security.
