Kora Psychological Services Calgary

Hi! I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor.

I work with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, family and attachment dynamics, trauma, and substance use. My focus is on helping you make sense of what you’re going through and finding ways forward that feel grounded and manageable.

My approach is person-centred, which means I believe you already have the capacity to grow and make meaningful changes in your life. I also like to explore deeper existential questions around meaning, freedom, suffering, and what it means to live a life that feels authentic to you.

I moved from India to Canada in 2021, and as someone who has lived across cultures and identities, I understand what it can feel like to navigate different expectations, values, and ways of being in the world. That experience continues to shape how I show up in the therapy room.

I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together at your pace. I strive to build a space that feels real, safe, and attuned to who you are and where you are coming from.

I’m currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions, and I offer a free 45-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. You can reach me at sanchita@korapsych.ca.
