Donna Brunsdale (She/Her), Registered Provisional Psychologist
Donna Brunsdale Psychology
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle in Calgary. I also have an M.F.A. from York University and arrived at psychology after a previous career in art, film, and post-secondary education.
I approach each client as a unique individual who can live with greater fulfillment through strategies and skills that can be followed for a lifetime. I also believe in the importance and power of a therapeutic relationship which is supportive but also challenging.
I work from a framework of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy, drawing from these approaches to best treat each person’s unique needs and goals.
