Gracie Taylor (She/Her), Graduate Intern Therapist
Heart Body Mind Psychological & Assessment Services
Hi, I’m Gracie!
I am currently completing a Master’s in Counselling with City University. I have always been passionate about helping others find hope in their lives and creating an environment where people feel respected and heard. My curiosity about the unique experiences and stories that shape each person has strengthened my commitment to the counselling field and to supporting people through life’s challenges. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, medical challenges, grief, or personal growth, my goal is to offer a space where you can explore your experiences openly and authentically.
I am dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative relationship with everyone I work with. I value an empathetic, collaborative, and person-centred approach to therapy, and I would be honoured to walk alongside you through your healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Personal Interests
When I am not in school or work, I enjoy my time with my family and my dog, Finn. I love to be outside and hiking in the mountains as much as I can be! I am also a huge reader and am always eager to snuggle up with a book at the end of the day.
