I am currently a counselling student with CityU and am a graduate intern with Heart, Body, Mind. With an undergraduate degree in psychology from Mount Royal University, my academic background aids me in understanding the cultural and social factors that shape client experiences.
I have always been passionate about helping others find hope in their lives and providing a space where people feel respected and heard. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment for everyone that I work with.

Personal Interests
When I am not in school or work, I enjoy my time with my family and my dog, Finn. I love to be outside and hiking in the mountains as much as I can be! I am also a huge reader and am always eager to snuggle up with a book at the end of the day.
