Heartwill Elewosi (She/Her), Registered Provisional Psychologist
Emeth Psychological Services
You have probably been the strong one for longer than you can remember. The one people call, the one who figures it out, the one who holds it together. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, you stopped being on your own list.
Maybe you are also carrying something older than the exhaustion. A history that has never quite had the space it deserves. A culture that taught you that asking for help is a weakness. The particular weight of building a life far from where you started, with no real map for what that costs.
If any of that sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
I am Heartwill Elewosi, a Registered Provisional Psychologist and the founder of Emeth Psychological Services, based at Riverwest Therapy Collective in downtown Calgary. Before establishing my practice in Canada, I worked as a Registered Clinical Health Psychologist in Ghana, where I remain registered with the Ghana Psychology Council. I bring close to a decade of experience across residential care, hospital settings, youth care and community-based programs. I draw from CBT, CPT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT and the Gottman Method. My approach always follows your lead, not the other way around.

Personal Interests:
Outside of work, I make sure to fill my own cup first. I enjoy spending time with my support system, my family and friends, and those moments mean a lot to me. I also love a good conversation, the kind that leaves you thinking. If you have ever stayed at a dinner table two hours longer than planned because the conversation was too good to leave, we will probably get along just fine.
