Constellation Mental Health Services

I became a psychologist because I’ve always been deeply curious about the inner worlds of people; how we make meaning, carry our histories, and find our way toward healing and growth. I am particularly drawn to work that honours both the complexity and resilience of human experience, and I am continually inspired by the moments of clarity, courage, and change that unfold in therapy.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and flexible, blending evidence-based practices with relational healing, warmth and a little bit of humour. You can expect our sessions to feel grounded, respectful, and reflective; a space where you’re met as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms.
