Taylor Callaghan (She/Her), Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Fig Psychology

Hello! I'm Taylor (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at Riverwest Therapy Collective.

Whether life feels overwhelming, underwhelming, or has left you needing a place to scream and curse at the wind—you don't have to do it alone. I believe personal struggles are often connected to bigger systems and stories, and there's something powerful about exploring that together.

I feel genuinely privileged to work alongside people navigating ADHD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, interpersonal violence, gender exploration, trauma, burnout, and those who feel the weight of the world on their shoulders.

I utilize an integrated approach, drawing from narrative therapy and other evidence-based modalities, all tailored to your unique needs. As a therapist, I am committed to anti-oppressive, decolonized, and intersectional feminist practice, which means I'm always learning and unlearning alongside you.

In our work together, you can expect warmth, curiosity, movement, and permission to rage and release what isn't working. We will question old narratives, explore new tools, and create space to reconnect with your nervous system and align your goals with your most authentic self.

My goal is simple: for you to leave feeling equipped, empowered, and ready to thrive as exactly who you are.
