Taylor Molstad (She/Her), Registered Provisional Psychologist
Taylor Molstad Assessment & Psychology
Hey, I’m Taylor!
I’m a Registered Provisional Psychologist, offering assessment services to help you find deeper meaning and clarity in your life. Assessments can be a powerful tool for gaining insight, understanding yourself better, and accessing the resources you need to create a life that feels right for you. However, I recognize that while assessments and diagnoses can provide validation, they may also bring about mixed feelings. In acknowledging these complexities, I honour that everyone’s journey with mental health and neurodivergence is unique.
I also offer therapy at Risewell Psychology (just across the bridge from Riverwest!). In therapy, I focus on supporting folks navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, emotional regulation, and their relationship with their body.
