Times are changing quickly, and we are in need of community and a safe place to share (and explore!) now more than ever. Your anger, your despair, your glimmers, and your uninhibited joy are all welcome here. Come and join us to learn more about yourself, connect with others, gain valuable and relevant therapeutic skills and tools, and to try new things.

Sessions will include art therapy explorations, group art-making, connecting with and learning from the land, creative writing and narrative therapy offerings, guest presenters, parts work, and rotating discussion topics...among other things! My sincerest hope is that you will leave feeling connected, hopeful, and more grounded within yourself, your community and the land after every session.

(This is a closed group, however, folks in attendance will not be questioned about their identity. If you believe you belong here, we want you here).

Accessibility info: All neurotypes are welcome in this space. Eye contact is never expected, nor is sitting in a chair for the entire session. Bring your own pillow, sit on the floor, lay down, whatever works for you. Fidget toys will be provided, though you are also welcome to bring your own.

The building is located downtown close to a train line, and is wheelchair accessible. Gender neutral washrooms are available (with a code from security) on the main floor of the building.

Food, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacking are welcome and encouraged. Service animals and other comfort items are very much allowed.

Masking is strongly encouraged, but not required. There will be a maximum of 12 people in attendance each week.
