Radtastic Community Gratitude Connection Therapy Resources Workshops Events Merch and More!
We are committed to (un)learning, playing, creating, and connecting together.
We believe that Therapy can be so much more than a 1 hour one on one session, and that the magick of therapy can be found in so many ways between sessions too: SUPing on a Mountain Lake; Forest Therapy in the inner city;; making Bath Bombs and sharing delish eats together; movement meditation with Yoga Nidra; joining to share and hear from individuals from our community speaking on their lived experiences in Mental Health; (un)learning and destigmatizing Mental Health and Lived Experiences of what it means to Be Human; incorporating Art Therapy and Expressive Arts; going to Pottery class at a studio; and so much more! Ahhh-mazing!

Open Circle (Aug 11, 2025)
Introducing Open Circle!
A drop in series of therapeutic offerings for trans, gender non conforming, questioning, and nonbinary people living in Mohkinstis. Times are changing quickly, and we are in need of community and a safe place to share (and explore!) now more than ever. Your anger, your despair, your glimmers, and your uninhibited joy are all welcome here. Come and join us to learn more about yourself, connect with others, gain valuable and relevant therapeutic skills and tools, and to try new things.
Sessions will include art therapy explorations, group art-making, connecting with and learning from the land, creative writing and narrative therapy offerings, guest presenters, parts work, and rotating discussion topics...among other things! My sincerest hope is that you will leave feeling connected, hopeful, and more grounded within yourself, your community and the land after every session.
(This is a closed group, however, folks in attendance will not be questioned about their identity. If you believe you belong here, we want you here).
Accessibility info: All nuerotypes are welcome in this space. Eye contact is never expected, nor is sitting in a chair for the entire session. Bring your own pillow, sit on the floor, lay down, whatever works for you. Fidget toys will be provided, though you are also welcome to bring your own.

Open Circle (Dec 29, 2025)
