I work with individuals of all genders. I specialize in supporting women who self-silence, people please or suppress their anger.
In addition I support individuals as they navigate concerns with self-esteem, body image, emotional eating, ADHD, anxiety, depression and chronic pain.
I primarily utilize Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and approaches that emphasize wholeness over goodness. I aim to provide evidence-based, client-centered, neurodivergent affirming, trauma-informed, culturally-inclusive and weight inclusive care.
